Camp Leaders offers payment in installments. The schedule and amounts may vary depending on your country. If you are worried about your payments or need to adjust your plan, contact the Camp Leaders team. They want to make it as easy as possible for you to take part.
Receipts and invoices
Payment confirmations and receipts are available through your Camp Leaders profile. If you need a formal invoice or have questions about a payment, contact your local Camp Leaders office.
I have changed my mind and want to cancel
If you've decided not to take part in the program, contact your Camp Leaders team as soon as possible. They'll talk you through the process and explain what happens next based on where you are in your application. In many cases, concerns that feel like deal-breakers can be resolved with a conversation, so it's worth reaching out before making a final decision.
Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellation and refund policies vary by country and are fully outlined in your program agreement. In general, refunds are based on the services that have already been provided or consumed, and are subject to the laws and regulations of your country.
If a refund isn't applicable, most countries offer the option to defer your place to a future season.
Declining a placement offer from a camp that matches your application preferences may affect your refund eligibility, as Camp Leaders guarantees every participant at least 1 offer of placement.

What if my visa is denied?
Visa fees (including the MRV fee and SEVIS fee) are paid directly to the US Government and cannot be refunded by Camp Leaders. Visa approval or denial is at the sole discretion of the embassy. If your visa is denied, contact your Camp Leaders team immediately. They'll explain your options based on your specific circumstances, including whether a deferral is available.
