    How do I log in?

Visit the Camp Leaders website and click "Log in" to access your profile. Use the email address and password you registered with.

If you are a returning participant, use the same login details from your previous application. If you cannot remember your details, use the password reset option.

    Resetting your password

If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot password" on the login page. You will receive an email with instructions to create a new one. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder.

If you are still unable to access your account, contact the Camp Leaders team for help.

    Updating your personal details

You can update your personal details (name, contact information, address) through your Camp Leaders profile. Keep your information up to date, especially your email address and phone number, as these are how Camp Leaders and camps will contact you.

How do I set up two-factor authentication?

You can enable two-factor authentication from the settings page in your Camp Leaders profile. Once enabled, a verification code will be sent to your email address when you log in from a new device.

How do I defer or withdraw my application?

If you've changed your mind about traveling this season, you can defer your application to the following year or withdraw completely. Go to the settings page in your Camp Leaders profile and follow the instructions under "Defer or Withdraw."

    Can I reapply after withdrawing?

Yes. If you've withdrawn your application and want to come back, contact your local Camp Leaders office. They can review where you got to with your application and payments and reactivate your account. You don't need to start again from scratch.

Can I request my data or delete my account?

Yes. Log in to your Camp Leaders profile and go to your settings. From there you can request a copy of the personal data Camp Leaders holds about you, or request that your data is deleted. Both requests are completed within one month.

Your personal data is only used for the purposes it was collected for and is only kept as long as needed to fulfill contractual, financial, and legal obligations.
