    Emergency contacts

If you are in the US and need help from Camp Leaders, call the 24/7 US support line: 1-866-803-7643 (toll-free from a US landline).

For application-related questions before you travel, contact your local Camp Leaders office during business hours.

Your visa sponsor's emergency contact details are available in the visa section of your Camp Leaders profile.

    The 24/7 US support line

Camp Leaders operates a 24-hour support line for participants in the US. Use it for emergencies, travel issues, or any situation where you need immediate help. Do not hesitate to call when you need support.

    What counts as an emergency?

An emergency is any situation that threatens your health, safety, or welfare. This includes medical emergencies, serious safety concerns, being stranded, or any situation where you need immediate help.

For non-urgent questions, contact Camp Leaders during office hours or message them through your profile.

What to do in a medical emergency

If you are having a medical emergency, call 911. This will connect you to police, fire, or ambulance services. After calling 911, contact your camp and Camp Leaders as soon as you are able to.

If the situation is not life-threatening but you need medical care, check with the camp nurse or medical professional first. They can advise you on whether you need telemedicine, urgent care, or the emergency room.

    Calling 911

911 is the emergency number in the United States. It connects you to police, fire, and ambulance services. Use it for genuine emergencies only. When you call, clearly state your location, what has happened, and what help you need.
